Sejal knew Hani was special when, a week after their first date, Sejal ran to the finish line of the Chevron Marathon and found Hani there with a sign cheering for her!

Hani planned to ask Sejal’s dad for her hand in marriage on a family trip to Costa Rica, but he also managed to bring the ring with him just in case. He asked her dad the first night of the trip and told him that he would propose in about two weeks. But the last night of the trip, after dinner with everybody, they were walking back to their bungalow… and it just felt right…Hani got on his knee and asked Sejal to be his wife!

Because Houston was the city where these two found each other, Sejal and Hani really wanted to feature several of their favorite spots in Houston in their engagement portraits.
